Supporting Purple House in August and September

Every two months Dr. Bronner's chooses an organisation we align with to donate proceeds from the first 100 sales of our Deluxe Sample Packs. In August and September, we are proud to support Purple House.

Purple House is an award winning not for profit Aboriginal health service specialising in remote dialysis. They operate from a base in Alice Springs and run permanent dialysis units in 19 remote communities across the NT and remote WA and SA, as well as two mobile dialysis units known as the Purple Trucks.

Purple House was started by the Pintupi communities of the Western Desert in Central Australia to get elders home on country with their families. Over two decades, Purple House has grown significantly with expanded services in social support, primary health, aged care and disability services, and a successful bush medicine social enterprise, all integrating to deliver a holistic model of care that values and takes care of the whole person. During that time Central Australia has gone from the worst dialysis outcomes in the nation to the best. Their patients are living longer and with better quality of life.
