All-One Australia Initiative supports Edgar’s Mission in 2022

As part of the All-One Australia Initiative 2022, Dr. Bronner’s has donated $5,714 AUD to Edgar’s Mission is a not for profit sanctuary for over 400 rescued farm animals which seeks to create a humane and just world for all. Through education, outreach, advocacy, community enrichment and tours, the organisation encourages people to expand their circle of compassion to include all animals.

Edgar’s Mission point out that as custodians of this planet, humans have designated some animals ‘friend’ and some animals ‘food’. Yet all animals share a need and desire to experience a life with joy, meaning and purpose. They also share a capacity to suffer. Edgar’s Mission provides us with a glimpse into a different world – a world of kindness.

Why did we choose to support Edgar’s Mission?

Dr. Bronner’s is inspired by the vision of Edgar’s Mission who ask the question “if we could live happy and healthy lives without harming others, why wouldn’t we?”

Dr. Bronner’s believes all animals should be treated with respect for their well-being and be protected from abuse, cruelty, and suffering. We support organisations working to address the terrible plight of factory farmed animals, promote more compassionate and sustainable lifestyle choices, and defend ocean wildlife around the world.
